Concord, MA.

 

This expanded colonel house right outside of Concord Center, MA. was an extensive renovation project that involved two separate additions to the back of the house. One was a new kitchen wing and the other was for a master bedroom with a screened-in porch below. Both involved new foundation expansions.

The kitchen was enormous with state-of-the-art appliances and luxurious cabinetry, countertops and finish work.

The master bedroom and bathroom had liquid radiant flooring and french doors that looked out over the backyard.
