This house in Hyannis Massachuseets was  a complete gut and remodeling project. The house had been neglected for decades and the old chimney foundation was crumbling causing old roof to be be pulled inward to the point where water had been penatrating the roof for years.

 

The house was gutted to the studs. The old chiney was removed and the interior partions were moved or removed to provide more of an open floor plan in the kitchens and dining room. All new electrical wiring, two zoned radiant heat with central AC, isonene spray insulation, top of the line black Marvin Integrity windows and doors, new flooring, poplar trim, verizon remote security system two new bathrooms. The kitchen and composite deck overlooking lewis bay are on the way.
