Lexington, MA.

 

This project in Lexington, MA. was an addition to a single family ranch house that almost doubled its available living space. The project involved pouring a new foundation attached to the existing house and cutting an opening from one foundation to another. The bathroom floor framing was lowered to account for 1 1/4" subflooring in the bathroom.

This addition was built for an older gentleman who wanted to accomodate a live-in nurse to reside in an apartment in the new basement. I worked as a project manager for GHB while doing this project.
