This house had been abandoned for years and was months away from being demolished.  Look at it now!

One of my most extensive renovations projects, this one involved an addition, 3 story elevator installation, and removal and replacement of all the floor joist in the entire house.

The client had a child with cerebral palsy who needed an elevator and a physical therapy gym in the basement.
