Urban Salt Box Design

Although the yard in the rendering looks large the house was designed by me for a very small plot of land  that was available for development in Roslindale, MA.

My idea was to develop the living space above street level so you could keep your shades and windows open without anyone being able to see inside. The first floor has a garage, mechanical room and office/workspace.  The 2nd Floor has a Kitchen, living, and dining space with 1/2 bath. The third floor has a master bedroom and bath as well as another full bath along with two smaller child-sized bedrooms .
